How do I place an order?

For all enquires and quotations please email with an outline of the job in mind, along with the size and quantity you require. I will then send you a quotation and a list of details I will require, should you wish to go ahead with an order. Once your artwork has been checked for suitability, I will send you a PDF proof of your design for your approval. Full payment will be required prior to the commencement of any design work and printing. Payment details will be outlined on your invoice.

How do you require the artwork files?

If you have a design that you would like have letterpressed, I will require a black and white vector file of the image. Ai or .eps files are preferable. If supplying artwork with text, please make sure that all type is converted to outlines first. Although the letterpress process can be suited to all sorts of type and imagery, finer lines can be tricky. As all artwork is made into photopolymer plates for printing, please therefore make sure that all fine lines have a thickness of no less than 0.3pt. This will minimise the risk of any broken or missing lines on your plate, which can occur during the plate exposure process.

Can I order a sample?

Yes of course, sample packs can be purchased here. Please note I am unable to issue personalised items and not all items are available for sample in all colours/fonts etc. The purpose of our samples is to show the quality of our materials and print. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you have seen an example on the site that you wish to see a sample of specifically, please let me know and I will do my very best to match it.

Can I see a hard copy before going ahead with an order?

Regretfully, due to the nature of process, I cannot send hard copies of letterpress items prior to a print order. If you are unsure about how your design will look once printed, I recommend purchasing one of our sample packs, which should give you a better feel for the materials I use and the finish to expect.
